The Unsafe Containment of Anxiousness

I find it hardest to contain my anxiousness, especially in situations that I have minimal control over.
If I am having a bad day to start with, it doesn’t take much to push me to my limits. It is then I get very fidgety, I’m almost constantly looking around, trying to find the nearest way out, trying to stay near a doorway or gate- ready to escape if I feel the need to do so.
